CardBilling is using VerotelRUM (Verotel's Remote User Management) for subscription management. VerotelRUM is a script that is installed on the server of the merchant. It allows us to add, modify and delete users remotely once a transaction has been completed. Such changes (postbacks) are handled over HTTP.
